We are looking for Store Managers, Department Managers, HR Officers and Accounts Officers for our Hypermarts across Maharashtra, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh

Assistant Commercial Manager

Location :Mumbai



EXPERIENCE: 5 – 7 years

REPORTING TO: Circle Finance Manager

NUMBER OF REPORTEES: 10 – 12

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B. Com. / M. Com.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: Team Management ability. Knowledge of ERP software                                                            is desirable -preferably SAP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To supervise store accounting for 3 to 4 stores.
• To prepare monthly MIS.
• Grooming and trainingof Store Accounts Teams.
• Adherence to Internal Audit Controls.
• Interaction with operation and category teams pertaining to accounts.

• Supporting CFMs for Store audits.


Circle Finance Manager

Location :Mumbai,Bangalore& Hyderabad(Will be based at Bangalore)



EXPERIENCE: 8 to 9 years.

REPORTING TO: Functionally to VP – Finance and Administratively to Circle Head -                                 Operations

NUMBER OF REPORTEES: 4 – 5 ACM

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Candidate should be a post graduate /MBA Finance/                                                             CA Inter with 7-10 years of relevant experience

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and knowledge of Indian GAAP
• Should have handled a team of 5-10 direct reportees.
• Reasonable knowledge of State VAT, Service Tax, Local Levies and other regional     taxation matters tillreturn filing and assessments.
• Have worked in ERP environment preferably in SAP


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a team of Commercial Managers / Officers ,Stores Accounts Teams of the    region.
• Fund Management of Stores at Circle Level.
• Working Capital Management.
• Interaction with banks for account operations and charges.
• Control over accounting function of the region till finalization.
• Coordination with auditors for audit of regional accounts.
• Preparation of periodical consolidated performance analysis and other MIS reports    and submission to Corporate Office.
• Bank / Branch Reconciliations.
• Management of Regional Taxation matters including TDS, VAT, CST, Octroi, Service    Tax or any other taxes applicable for the region till assessment.
• Fixed Assets control and management


Store Manager

Location : Maharashtra, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh



As a Store Manager(Operations), your work will encompass – handling a large team across departments like cash, sales merchandise, housekeeping, security and general administration. You will be responsible for pilferage control, inventory control, business development and customer satisfaction. Through your team of Department Managers and HR Officers you shall execute training programs, liaison with local authorities and adhere to all compliances.

You need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a leader who leads by example, good at multitasking and strong in oral communication.

You would be reporting to the Area Manager - Operations.

Requirements: - Any graduate or post graduate  with 10 – 12 years of work experience in any industry of which more than 3 years managing teams larger than 50.

Compensation and designation will be commensurate with experience, skill and value addition the incumbent brings along.


Department Manager.
Location : Maharashtra, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh


As a Department Manager your work will involve smooth functioning of a department/floor, store merchandising, inventory control, pilferage control, motivating co- workers and improving efficiency.

Desirables are strong interpersonal skills, should have handled a large team, customer service capabilities.

You would be reporting to the Store Manager – Operations.

Requirements: - Graduate 6 – 8 years of work experience from any industry.

Compensation and designation will be commensurate with experience, skill and value addition the incumbent brings along.


HR Officers

Location : Maharashtra, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh


As HR Officers your work will encompass – Store level recruitment and coordination-onboarding activity including documentation –personnel file/data management – monthly attendance and leave record management-validation of 3rd party bills – salary disbursement coordination – statutory compliance coordination- employee benefits management- store level training coordination and documentation- grievance escalation.

Desirables are strong written and oral communication skills.

Requirements: - Any graduate or post graduate with specialization in Human Resource preferred with 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience.

You would report to the Circle HR Manager/ Store Manager – Operations.

Compensation and designation will be commensurate with experience, skill and value addition the incumbent brings along.



Accounts Officer
Location : Maharashtra, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh


As an Accounts Officer you will be responsible for – processing bills, accounting and payment thereof – to prepare monthly MIS – troubleshoot and fix any accounting issues – processing salary of store employees - liaison with internal auditor – responsible for petty cash and bank reconciliation.

You are expected to be well versed with MS office (excel and word) – strong knowledge on bookkeeping and accountancy – knowledge of SAP or any ERP would be an advantage.

You will be reporting to Asst. Commercial Manager/ Store manager – Operations.

Requirements – Commerce graduate with 1 – 2 years of relevant experience is a must.
